Hi Everyone! I created this blog as a method to collaborate and network with other professionals in the field of business applications. I specialize in ERP/Financials applications and have worked on Oracle, PeopleSoft, AWS and most recently Workday Financials/Procurement. I love what I do and love to share experiences, challenges and solutions that I have been involved with over the lifespan of my career.

I am especially interested in mentoring people who are new to the industry. I began my career working in the finance department at PeopleSoft way back in 1995. I had many wonderful opportunities thrown at me which allowed me to divert from a very admin focused role to a technologist. I learned how code, design, test, upgrade, integrate applications without any educational background in Computer Science.

The technology world has changed so much since the early days of my career. It’s such an exciting time seeing the emergence of ML & AI transform how businesses consume and use information. I remember back in 2005 hearing how the cloud would dominate the market. Watching this cloud burst into a global standard makes me feel like I’m witnessing the next industrial revolution!
